Midstream is a Midlands based livestreaming provider

Midstream operates across the Midlands (and beyond!) providing creative livestreaming services to our clients (see our services for more information!)

Midstream was set up in December 2022 but our parent company (Quoole) has been providing video services to various clients since 2017.

We believe, that coming from a creative background, we can bring a creative edge that often so many livestreams miss.

We have worked on projects such as the Big Church Festival, alongside TBN UK; Coventry Prayer and Praise in the old cathedral; Bedworth Remembrance Day Service and lots of Livestreaming and video services throughout the pandemic.

Midstream is headed up by Nathan Jones but does also work with several other companies and services.

Nathan is a Film Maker and Video editor, with experience in event filming, interviews, corporate videos, promo videos and livestreaming.

Pre-midstream, Nathan has been heavily involved with livestreaming under Midstream’s parent company, Quoole LTD.

He has been involved in projects such as, the Deloitte Christian Fellowship Carol Service in 2021 and 2022; The Community Radio Awards 2021; Bedworth Remembrance Day 2022 (livestreamed, and also viewed by 1000s on an LED wall in Bedworth high street); and the Coventry City Praise and Praise event inside the ruins of old Coventry Cathedral, as well as several life event livestreams.

Nathan also took on responsibility for the livestreams for New Life Church Rugby throughout the COVID pandemic with a mix of both pre-recorded and live streamed content each Sunday.

  • No! Not at all, whilst we are based in the Midlands, we can and do offer services across the UK.

    Midstream’s first project in fact, was based in London at St Bride’s church in Fleet Street.

  • Absolutely.

    If none of the services listed fit your need, please do get in contact with us via the contact form and select the service you are interested in as ‘other.’

    Sometimes there are bespoke things that are hard to fit into a category and we are more than happy to look at and quote for bespoke jobs.

    There will be instances where we are unable to help - but we have a great network of contacts and so if we can’t help, we will try and get you in contact with someone who can!

  • No, but we try our best and have multiple options for internet connection.

    One of the draw backs of livestreaming is the heavy reliance on an internet connection but today, many venues offer a good internet connection and we can also make use of mobile networks.

    Where possible, we try to work with venues to get a direct line into their internet as this often provides the best stability.

    We also use mobile data routers to connect into 4G networks where this isn’t available. (Or where 4G offers better speeds and stability than the venues internet for whatever reason.)

    Depending on the location though, we can never guarantee a 100% stable internet connection and so we also record all of our livestreams and if for whatever reason there are issues during - we will make a recorded version available as soon as possible.

    We do not offer any refunds or guarantees on livestream uptime, quality or stability.

  • Midstream is targeted specifically at offering livestreaming services - most of these also include a final ‘polished’ version of your livestream (or even multiple videos) but does not offer video recording services beyond that.

    However, do check out our parent company Quoole LTD who has a whole array of video services, that we are sure will meet your needs!

  • I know, we hate this too but it is not intended to be misleading or get your contact info (we will never contact you outside of your request.)

    Even across the services we offer, it can be hard to precisely estimate our costs until we have more information - things like location, travel costs, the number of cameras, the number of crew etc.

    We don’t want to offer a low starting price but only be able to offer limited services when your budget and our capability is more.

    We also don’t want to offer only our highest priced offerings and price people out when we could offer something more basic that will fulfil your needs.

    If you have a specific budget, please do include this in your message and we will see what we can do!

  • Midstream is a brand (or trading name) of Quoole LTD - offering our livestreaming services.

    Quoole LTD offers various other video services.

    Think of it like how Fanta is a brand of the Coca Cola company.
